Per tanggal 1 April 2017,  PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) melakukan restrukturisasi bisnis dan mengalihkan bisnis distribusi kendaraan penumpang dan niaga ringan merek Mitsubishi Motors di Indonesia kepada PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia (MMKI).

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Providing analysis of financial performance.
  2. Conducting analysis to provide insight that supports strategic decision-making.
  3. Generating analysis reports and providing improvement ideas.
  4. Coordinating with all Departments to prepare a corporate budget planning and providing summary analysis aligned with a corporate plan.
  5. Creating and maintaining SAP master data.

Qualifications

2. Tax (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Performing tax calculation, payment, and reporting accurately.
  2. Preparing tax payments and ensure timely tax reporting.
  3. Preparing data for Transfer Pricing documentation.
  4. Provide data for audit purpose (tax audit, financial audit, internal audit).
  5. Calculating and preparing data for corporate income tax return process.
  6. Conduct monthly tax reconciliation and equalization for VAT & WHT article 21, 23, 25, 26, and 4(2).
  7. Reviewing new tax regulation.
  8. Creating and proposing improvement ideas based on audit findings or new tax regulations.

Qualifications

  10. Familiar with e-SPT system.

3. Product Marketing Planning (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Monitoring competitors’ activity & sales and marketing strategy.
  2. Conduct market and product research to gain insight.
  3. Analyze and propose ideas for business process improvement.
  4. Work closely with related parties to provide product allocation.
  5. Actively join in new product launching activities (pre to post-launching).

Qualifications

  5. Major:Teknik Industri, Economics, Bisnis Internasional, Finance, Manajemen, Marketing, Administrasi Bisnis

  8. Familiar in using Ms. Excel for data processing (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
  9. Familiar in generate reports and proposals with Ms. PowerPoint.

4. CX Strategy & Planning Section (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and evaluate data quality on Customer Data Platform (CDP) system.
  2. Develop and evaluate data modeling for predictive analysis.
  3. Create data visualization to support decision-making.
  4. Provide data needed to support data-driven marketing or campaign strategy.
  5. Coordinate with related parties to maintain CDP operation support.
  6. Generate regular or adhoc reports Support CX system operation, including website, internal management system, apps, call center, etc.
  7. Work closely with related parties to enhance CX system and data analysis.

Qualifications

  1. Sex:Male/ Female
  2. Age:25-30
  3. Marital Status:Single / Married
  4. Last Education:Strata 1
  5. Major:Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika
  6. Experience:At Least 1 Years
  7. Good command of English (verbal and written).
  8. Familiar in using Ms. Excel for data processing (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
  9. Familiar in using SQL, BI tools, or Phyton will be a plus.
  10. Good sense of business will be beneficial.

5. Research Data Marketing (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct research activity related with market conditions, customers, products, etc.
  2. Propose or create research ideas to answer business issues.
  3. Analyze and compile a report on research conducted to provide solution, recommendation, or action plan.
  4. Present and communicate research results to related parties.
  5. Project and vendor management.

Qualifications

  5. Major:Psikologi, Statistik, Economics, Teknik Industri
  6. Experience:At Least 2 Years

  8. Have good knowledge and experience of automotive research will be beneficial.
  9. Proven experience in quantitative research.
  10. Familiar in using Ms. Excel for data processing (pivot, etc) or dashboard software, such as Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau.
  11. Strong analytical thinking skill, numeracy skill, and attention to detail.
  12. Willing to travel frequently for a business trip.

6. Credit Control (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Controlling and monitoring dealers’ payments.
  2. Controlling dealers’ credit ceiling and collateral.
  3. Creating reports based on dealers’ financial statement analysis.
  4. Monitoring dealers’ outstanding AR and AP.
  5. Processing acceleration term of payments from dealers and payback interest to dealers.
  6. Maintaining a good relationship with both external and internal related parties.

7. After Sales Area Coordinator (Staff)

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain good relationships with dealers’ management and team members.
  2. Control & set up dealers’ targets and maintain the achievement.
  3. Set up activity to achieve targeted service incoming unit, spare parts sales, and customer satisfaction index.
  4. Conduct study and analyze service incoming unit and spare parts consumption.
  5. Monitor dealers’ spare parts payment and delivery.
  6. Support after-sales marketing program and ensure its implementation on dealers.

Qualifications

  1. Sex:Male/ Female
  2. Age:25-30
  3. Marital Status:Single / Married
  4. Last Education:Strata 1
  5. Major:Teknik Industri, Finance, Economics, Manajemen, Marketing
