Lowongan Kerja PT UD Astra Motor Indonesia (ASTRA UD Trucks)

1. Cost Accounting Staff

Responsibilities

Support In recording activities and administrative calculations in all existing Accounting costs, as well as carrying out stock taking:

  1. Posting journals related to stock and COGS
  2. Calculate and monitor inventory record
  3. Calculate and monitor all cost related to production
  4. Prepare and monitor monthly COGS
  5. Handle Stock Opname
  6. Handle External Audit

Requirement

  1. Minimum Diploma degree in Accounting
  2. Minimum 2-4 years experience.
  3. Familiar in working with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SAP
  4. Strong knowledge in Cost Accounting task
  5. Good attitude, honest and strong integrity.
  6. Having organizational experiences will be a plus
  7. Able to work well under pressure
  8. Contracted based employee.

2. Tax Staff – PPh Specialist

Responsibilities

Carry out reporting, payment and tax administration processes (Income Tax/ PPh):

  1. Prepare and submit withholding tax invoice to suppliers
  2. Collect and monitor withholding tax invoices from customers
  3. Prepare and submit periodic tax return to tax office
  4. Prepare reconciliation of withholding tax art 21, 22, 23, 26, 4 (2)
  5. Handle tax audit

Requirement

  1. Minimum Diploma degree in tax/ fiscal
  2. Minimum 2-4 years experience.
  3. Familiar in working with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SAP
  4. Strong knowledge in tax and accounting administration task
  5. Good attitude, honest and strong integrity.
  6. Hold a certificate of Brevet A and B
  7. Having organizational experiences will be a plus
  8. Able to work well under pressure
  9. Contracted based employee.

3. Tax Staff – PPN Specialist

Responsibilities

Carry out reporting, payment and tax administration processes (PPN):

  1. Prepare and submit VAT invoices to customers
  2. Collect and monitor VAT invoices from suppliers
  3. Calculate over or less payment of monthly VAT
  4. Prepare and submit periodic tax return to tax office
  5. Prepare reconciliation of revenue and purchase
  6. Handle tax audit

Requirement

  1. Minimum Diploma degree in tax/ fiscal
  2. Minimum 2-4 years experience.
  3. Familiar in working with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SAP
  4. Strong knowledge in tax and accounting administration task
  5. Good attitude, honest and strong integrity.
  6. Hold a certificate of Brevet A and B
  7. Having organizational experiences will be a plus
  8. Able to work well under pressure
