PT. Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk (UCID) didirikan pada tanggal 5 Juni 1997. Perusahaan adalah produsen popok bayi, pembalut wanita, popok dewasa & tisu basah. Merek-merek Perusahaan yang telah dikembangkan diantaranya MamyPoko, Charm, dan Lifree. Perusahaan merupakan anak usaha dari Uni-Charm Corporation (Jepang). Kegiatan bisnis utama adalah pembuatan kertas pembersih higienis, produk kertas katun selulosa, seperti tisu pembersih, napkin dan napkin untuk bayi .

Saat ini PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk kembali membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Mei 2022. Kami segera membutuhkan tenaga professional muda yang dinamis dan qualified untuk menempati posisi pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan kami. Adapun posisi yang dibutuhkan adalah sebagai berikut:

1. HR Recruitment & Training Senior Staff

Job description :

  1. Conduct end-to-end Recruitment process
  2. Able to use psychological test tools
  3. Able to make Training Need Analysis (TNA), Training Program & Training Evaluation
  4. Conducting onboarding training process for new employees
  5. Can carry out company programs such as Management Trainee & Internship Programs
  6. Make employee employment contracts and renew the validity period of the employment contract


  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. Have minimum 2 year experience
  3. Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  4. Good interpersonal skills and detail oriented
  5. Proven experience in handling recruitment and training
  6. Knowledge of recruitment techniques sourced from social media and specialized professional websites such as LinkedIn & Jobstreet
  7. Proficient in using Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) required
  8. Can join ASAP
  9. Willing to be placed in KIIC, Karawang

2. General Affair Staff

Job description:

  1. Relationship Vendor Management
  2. Handle and manage procurement process at goods and services, and other office administration.
  3. Make PO for internal purchases of companies and other projects
  4. Evaluate current vendors and propose to find additional vendors to increase company satisfaction
  5. Responsible to provide support related to Business Travel activities and claims
  6. Administrative documents.
  7. Manage the maintenance of office buildings and other supporting facilities.


  1. Minimum 2 years experiences as General Affair Staff
  2. Understanding General Affairs role (Purchasing, Asset Management, building facilities)
  3. Attention to detail and good communications skills
  4. Knowledgeable in Purchase Contract Management with 3rd Party (Building Maintenance, Office renovation, Pest Control, Travel Agent, etc)
  5. Good in Microsoft office
  6. Can join ASAP
  7. Willing to be placed in KIIC, Karawang
